Guidelines for Use of RingRevenue Brand Elements (the "Guidelines")
RingRevenue is committed to protecting its brands, trademarks, logos, web pages, screen shots and other distinctive brand elements or features (individually or collectively, the "RingRevenue Brand Elements").
The RingRevenue Brand Elements may be used only in accordance with these Guidelines and our Terms of Service. Further, the RingRevenue Brand Elements may only be used for the specific purposes to which RingRevenue has agreed in writing prior to your use of the RingRevenue Brand Elements.
In addition to the requirements described herein, RingRevenue reserves the right to provide you with additional requirements as to the use of the RingRevenue Brand Elements. These additional requirements may include, but are not limited to, font, colors, and other elements of the RingRevenue Brand Elements. You must implement all requirements described herein as well as any additional requirements provided by RingRevenue prior to your usage of the RingRevenue Brand Elements. Your initial usage and/or your continued usage of the RingRevenue Brand Elements constitutes your acceptance of these Guidelines.
If you are using any registered RingRevenue Brand Element, such usage should be immediately followed by the symbol ® to indicate that the RingRevenue Brand Element is a registered trademark. If you are using any unregistered RingRevenue Brand Element, such usage should be immediately followed by the letters “TM" or “SM" in a superscripted font to indicate that RingRevenue claims a trademark usage right with regard to that particular element. In the event you prefer to represent RingRevenue's trademarks in a footnote for the purpose of simplifying or improving advertising copy, you may do this by placing an asterisk immediately behind any use of a RingRevenue Branded Element and providing proper attribution in a footnote format on the same page indicating that such RingRevenue Brand Element is a trademark of RingRevenue, Inc. Such footnote attribution shall be presented in a contrasting font with a font size of not less than eight (8) points. Because some countries may impose penalties for improper use of registration and trademark symbols, it is your responsibility to use the registration symbol only in countries where the RingRevenue Brand Elements are registered.
You may only use RingRevenue's approved artwork when using a RingRevenue Brand Element in the form of a logo or other icon. If you are using a RingRevenue Brand Element that includes the words “RingRevenue" or “Ring Revenue," you must either capitalize the letter “R" in both places in which it appears or you must capitalize the entire word or words.
The RingRevenue Brand Elements must be placed distinctly within any usage. Specifically, the RingRevenue Brand Elements may not be modified or combined with any other text or images. And the RingRevenue Brand Elements may not be “mashed" or otherwise used as a part of another image that is not approved by RingRevenue in its entirety prior to your initial use of such combined image.
Without RingRevenue's express written permission prior to any such usage, you may not:
- Alter any aspect of any RingRevenue Brand Element. This includes removal of any portion of a RingRevenue Brand Element or modifying it, including through hyphenation, to include any additional elements or aspects.
- Use any RingRevenue Brand Element in any way that infers an endorsement by or affiliation with RingRevenue.
- Shorten or abbreviate a RingRevenue Brand Element.
- Attempt to secure domain names or URLs that include or imply the RingRevenue Brand Elements.
- Use a RingRevenue Brand Element as the most prominent feature of an advertisement or web page.
- Use a RingRevenue Brand Element in such a way that a third party might conclude that content on your web site or in your advertising may have been produced by or approved by RingRevenue or its affiliates.
- Display or otherwise use a RingRevenue Brand Element in any environment promoting or displaying adult content, gambling, alcohol or tobacco products.
- Display or otherwise use a RingRevenue Brand Element in any environment that is violating any applicable law or that is, in RingRevenue's sole opinion, misleading, unfair, libelous, slanderous or otherwise objectionable.
- Display or otherwise use a RingRevenue Brand Element in any environment in which material or information is presented which may be considered discriminatory on the basis of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, belief or physical capability.
- Mirror, frame or otherwise reproduce any content that appears on the RingRevenue web site.
- Copy or imitate the "look and feel" of RingRevenue's web site and/or the RingRevenue Brand Elements or use elements that a reasonable third party may confuse with the RingRevenue Brand Elements.
